Acknowledges him self to be indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King, in the Sum of Forty
Eleanor Moris< no role > of New Gravel Lane Shadwell Spinster Acknowledges Etc. Forty Pounds
Elizabeth Wife< no role > of Henry Swales< no role > of some place Acknowledges Etc. on pair of Imprisonment

Upon Condition, That they and each of them do personally appear at the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace, to be holden for the said
County, at the Session-House on Clerkenwell Green , then and there the said Thomas Carnes< no role > to prefer a Hill of Indictment,
and to prosecute the Law with Effect, and the said Eleanor and Elizabeth to give Evidence on his Majesty's Behalf
against James Murry< no role > for Feloniously Stealing Taking and carrying away Five window Casements of the
Value of Five Shillings the property of the said Thomas Cavines< no role >
Against the peace Etc
And is the Bill be found a true Bill, and returned so by the Grand Jury; that then They each and every of them apear at the next Sessions
of Goal Delivery of Newgate , to be held for the County of Middlesex , at Justices Hall in the Old Bailey , then and there to prosecute and give evidence upon Indictment
And do not depart the Court without Licence. Then this Recognizance to be void, or else to remain in full Force,
