Who being severally upon oath say
And first this Informant Ann Elliott< no role >
for herself saith that she is House Keeper
to Thomas Alexander< no role >
in Broad Street
in
the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
in
the said County victualler
, That this Informant
sleeps in the back room on the first floor of
the said house, That [..] about half an hour
past two of the Clock on Wednesday morning
last this Informant went to Bed and about
a quarter of an hour after she heard a noise
at the window of her Bed Chamber as if
a person had been cutting the lower panes
of Glass, that soon after she observed the
anm of the person now present who calls
himself George Clark< no role >
in the inside of the
window through one of the lower panes of
Glass part of which he had cut out
That she observed him reach his arm
up to the middle part of the window on
the inside to examine if there was any
