The Informations of Susannah Biss< no role > . Jacob
Freeman
< no role > Samuel Lacey< no role > and William Barrett< no role >
taken upon Oath the 18th. Day of July 1789

Who upon their several Oaths say & first the sd. Susannah
Biss
< no role > for herself saith that on Wednesday the Fifteenth Day of
July Instant about 3 oClock in the Morning the Prisoner
Henry Todd< no role > came & knocked at her Door (at No. 20) in Liquor
Pond Street & desired her to get me & said if you will get up
and go to Mr. Breekes's in Chanary Lane she wod. find her
Husband along with her Noise he not having been at Home
all Night upon which she lockt the Door & immediately went
to seek after him and did not return Home till between seven
and eight oClock when she found the Door belonging to her
Room broke open and upon looking ever her Kings she
missed two pair of Kersymore Breeches two Cotton
Waistcoats one Kersymere Waistcoat one Dimitty Waistcoat four
Shirts one Callicoe Shift one Callicox Bed Gown one Yard
of Maslin two Linnen Caps and a blue Check Bag upon which
she went and gave Information to the Officers who apprehended him
and that the Kings now produced are her Property

Jacob Freeman< no role > Constable for himself saith that on
Wednesday Morning the 15th. Day of July Instant between
eight & nine oClock in the Morng. the abovementioned Susannah
Biss
< no role > came to him and told him she was robbed and that
she suspected the Prisoner Henry Todd< no role > was the Person
who had committed such Robbery that he immediately went
in search of the Prisoner & apprehended him & found the
Property now produced upon him to wit a pair of Kersymere
Breeches three Linnen Shirts a Dimitty Waistcoat & diverse
other Articles
