present who calls himself William Poynton< no role > Stopp'd her and told
her to make haste upon which Informant immediately gave
him one half Guinea in gold, a new Shilling and one bad Six Pence
that the other man John Price< no role > during this time was with the
said Sarah Atkinson< no role > , that on the said Francis Underwood< no role >
coming in Sight the said two men Ran awaythatto whom she
told in what man nor they had been Robbed that the said
Francis Underwood< no role > immediately pursued them. And this Informant
further says that she verily beleives the new Shilling now produced
is the same she was so Robbed of a aforesaid And the said
Francis Underwood< no role > for himself says that on his Return to town
from Highgate in a one horse Chaise between eight and Nine
OClock in the Evening of Yesterday near a barn on the Kentish
town Road he saw the two Men [..] now present Stop thetwo
said Sarah Atkinson< no role > , and Mary Bailey< no role > thatwhenupon the
said two men seeing this Informant they Ran away and on
his coming up to the Ladies they informed him that they had been
Robbed by the two men which had then Ran away that this
Informant immediately pursued them and gave the alarm and
they were taken, And the said Thomas Harrison< no role > for himself
says that he received Charge of the said John Price< no role > and William
Poynton
< no role > for having Robbed two Ladies that he searched them and
on the person of the said John Price< no role > now present he found the Silver
[..] Four pence Silver two pence Silver penny, and two Shillings
now produced by him And on the person of the said William Poynton< no role >
he [..] found the two half guineas,onenew Shilling, Six pence
some half pence and the [..] Cock of a Pistol also now produced
by him. And the said William Waters< no role > for himself says that
between eight and Nine OClock [..] Yesterday Evening in a field near
Kentish town he heard an Alarm of Theives, that he saw the
two persons now present John Price< no role > and William Poynton< no role > Running
a cross a field [..] upon which he pursued them and overtook
the said William Poynton< no role > whom he took and delivered [..] into
the care of two Men and then pursued John Price< no role > the other whom he also
overtook, that the said John Price< no role > had the Crown Price now Produced
