Reid< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace acting in and for
the said County City and Liberty
this 29th. day of January 1788

Who being duly Sworn upon his Oath sayth
that he lived fellow Servant with the person
now Present who calls himself John. Thampson
about Six Weeksat Mr. Charles Richards< no role > . at
the sign of the Queens headthe Corner of
Bead Street and Swallaw of put in the
Parish of Saint James Westminster and that
they Stept in the some Bedthat about a
Fortnight ago being in Bed to gather the said
John Thampson threw his Arms about this
Informants Neck-anor kissed him several
time and called him my dcon, upon which
he asked him what he was gving to do-and
in a few Night afterwards he [..] the
said John Thompson< no role > -kissed him and
en [..] ed [..] to put his Private parts into his
Backside but this Informants sniggling
he did not compleat his purpose-and the
next Morning this Informant threatned
to tell his Master upon which he heged for
Gods Sorke he wault ner tell his Master and
that he the said John Thompson< no role > wauld
never do the like againand that for about
there four Days nothing was further
attemptedand this Informant further
saith that One Night about the midde of Cant
Week he went to hed in about Two hours after
the said John Thompson< no role > that about a
Quarter of an hour after he had been in
Bed as he way laying with his Back to [..]
the said John Thompson< no role > [..] came quite
clore to this Informantand put his hands
quite round him and squazed him quite
tight-he put his private Parts into his back:
:said as far as it would go and that he
fell some wet come from him quite
warm and after that he the said John
Thompson< no role > wanted this Informant to do
the same to him which this Informant
refused
