for the said Liberties this first day of Octo
-ber one Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty
Eight, this in the Evening of the 30th of
September 1788 she was comeing up Septin
Street Wall Close Square the Prisoner James Williams< no role >
came up to her and took the Black Silk Clock
from of her Shoulders and then Ran away the Barr
across the Street he ran against which knocked him
down and the Cloak was found in the Street some yards
from him about Seven O Clock in the Evening

away he persnel him when the Barr knocked him
down and he saw him throught something from him other
he got up he then took a Candle he then from the
Clock which Elizabeth Hamilton< no role > said was her
property between the hours of Seven and Eight OClock
in the Eveng
