Under the Membrane on the right side there was
Extravasated Blood Deponent is of Opinion that the
Wounds received by the Deceased were the Cause of
his Death when [..] Deceased was brought into the
Hospital he informed the Deponent he was a Shoemaker
that he was knocked down in James Street Covent Garden
but that he did not Know who had knocked him down
Deponent asked him [..] how he came to be there, he
answered he was going [..] that was and stopped as other
Person did.

James Street Covent Garden on his Oath saith, that on
Monday the 4th. of August last (the last Day of the
Westminster Election) the Deceased came to Mr. Hewson's
shop about 6 o' Clock in the Evening, the Deceased had
two Wounds on the top of his Head one on each side
Deponent asked him how he came by them, in what
Manner, and what Party he was of, he Replied he
was of Neither Party but was with a Friend of his, who
was of Lord Hoods Party and more his Clours, and his
