of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in
and for the said County this 22nd. day
of August. 1788.
Who on his Oath saith that in the Night of Tuesday
the 12th. day of August. Instant. This House & Situate in New Radcliffe
Row in the Parish of St. Luke
in the said County was Burglariously
Entered by some person or persons And the following Articles
were feloniously stolen and taken these from Vizt. Two Silk
Gowns two pair of black Sattin Breeches Seven Table Cloths One
pair of Spring Polished< no role >
Steel Snuffers< no role >
an Iron Japanned Tea
Waiter One Sheet Seven Towells Two Bed Quilts and a
Quantity of other things his property. And this Informant
further on his Oath saith that the Steel Suffers and Iron
Japanned Tea Waiter found in the Apartment of the Prisoner
Joseph Taylor< no role >
is part of the Goods of which this Informant
was feloniously Robbed as aforementioned and are his
property. And this Informant also verily believes the five
Towels found in the Apartment of the said Josh. Taylor to be
his Property and likewise Stolen at the same time And this
Informant further saith that he verily believes and Suspects
that the said Joseph Taylor< no role >
was concerned in [..] Committing
the said Burglary and Robbery aforementioned.
