That Deponents [..] Sister then shewed the
Deponent a Gown which she knew to be
the property of the said Ann Brean< no role > This name instance is in set 726. This set is in the group(s): MothersOBP . and
from its Appearance it having much
Blood [..] upon it Deponent had no doubt
but the said Ann Brean< no role > must have
been delivered That Deponent then
went in Company with her Sister to
the Necessary and upon looking down
same she saw what she believed to be
the after bur then and upon removeing
same with a Stick she saw some Hay
Straw or Rubbish and upon pushing
same with the stick she saw a Childs
Foot That Deponent immediatly
went to her Husband who instantly
came and took from thence a Female
New Born ChildInformantupon whose Body
there was no marks of Violence That
Deponent then returned to the
Apartment of the said Ann Brean< no role >
and Charged her with having been
delivered which she again denyed

and Year first above written
