Who being upon Oath say, and first the said
John Boyd< no role >
says that on the 8th. day of April
1788 a person now present who calls himself
John Hara came in Company with a Woman
whose Name or Person he doth not know into
this Informants said Masters Shop That said
Woman produced the five Silver Table Spoons the
Pap Spoons the Six Tea Spoons and the pair of Sugar
Tongs now produced and Sold them to him for £3.13.6
That he laid said Money on the Compter when
said John Hara< no role >
took it up And the said
Thomas Dyer< no role >
saith that on the ninth day of April instant
he apprehended the said John Hara< no role >
at the Goat Alehouse
in Stafford Street piecadilly on whose Person he
found the Garnet Ring, Garnet Shirt Buckle
the Moesa Studds, and one Silver penny now
produced
