Who upon his Oath says that on Sunday night last he met
a Girl whose name is Elizabeth Lambeth< no role >
in Lincoln Inn field
that she asked him to go home with her which he did at her
Lodgings in Cross Lane
St Giles's
that he lay in the bed with her
for the space of ten minutes that after he get off the bed he found
his Watch a Guinea in Gold and a Crown piece in silver missing
that the informed her he was Robbed that she answered him she had
not Robbed him and immediately went down stairs that he followed
her and brought her back that in bringing her up stairs he lost his
hat that another Girl went up stairs with them that he took the
Candle out of her hand and went to see for him hat, that when he

was gone, that about an hour
after this he met her with another Girl in the aforesaid Lane that
he gave them some Gin at a public house that he afterwards
went in search of a Watchman
, that he found me at the bottom
of Cross Lane
, who took her and put her in the Watch house where
she was searched and nothing of his Property found on her
He further declares that whilst he was on the bed with her he
had his Watch and Money in his Pocket
