Assizes to be holden in and for the said County of Bucks

And

The said Samuel Herbert< no role > further maketh Oath and saith That
he hath been informed and verily believes the same to be true that
the Saw and Pigs abovementioned were stolen in the County of Bucks
and were sold by the Defendants the said Thomas Lake< no role > and Thomas
Hughes< no role > to the within named John Berry< no role > and Henry Worster< no role > in the County
of Hertford who after they had bought them removed the same into
the County of Middlesex , and that there is no Evidence to prove
that the said Saw or Pigs were in the Custody of the said Thomas
Lake< no role > or Thomas Hughes< no role > or either of them in the County of
Middlesex
