the Saw and Pigs abovementioned were stolen in the County of Bucks
and were sold by the Defendants the said

Henry Worster< no role >
in the County
of Hertford who after they had bought them removed the same into
the County of Middlesex
, and that there is no Evidence to prove
that the said Saw or Pigs were in the Custody of the said
