When he wentthewith the first Load That there was as
man in the Yard at the Time who he doth not know but was the
same person who shut the gates after him and that he did not
see any person elseSays that he took all the said twenty seven
Sacks out of the said Waggon backed them thorough the said Sugar
house
and Shot them into the hole aforesaidand did not see any
person in the said house the whole timeThat he told the Sacks
afterwards and called out their number One by one That he
