in and for the said County
Who being upon then Oaths say and
first this Informant Thomas Williams< no role >
for himself saith that on Saturday
night last the 20th. of January instant
he moored his Boat on the navigable
River Thames
off Blackwall
and saw
her safe there the next night being Sunday
about Nine or Ten o Clock but that on
Monday Morning when he went to look
for her he found the said Boat had been
feloniously Stolen taken and Rowed
away And this Informant further
saith that the Boat found in the possession
of five persons now present who call
themselves William Bateman< no role >

property and was stole away at the
time abovementioned and in the manner
aforesaid And this Informant John

for himself saith that on

between Eleven and twelve oClock at
Night his Boat which was then lying
at Execution Dock
was feloniously
stolen taken and Rowed away together
with a pair of Wooden Scullers but
