that this Morning about Eleven or Twelve o Clock being
in the House of Mr Glare aforesaid where was the said
Isaac Lazeorus< no role > who had a Gold Laced Hatt which this Infor-
mant put on his Head and after having returned it saw the
said Isaac Lazeorus< no role > put said Gold Laced Hatt it into his Bagg and this Informt
further says that He saw the Prisoner John Trueman< no role >
go out of the said Tap Room with the said Natt in his Hand
