Take Notice that we and each of Us will Appear at
this present General Session of eyes and Terminer and Goal Delivery
of Newgate held at Justice Hall in the Old Baily on Monday Next
being the 17th day of September Instant at 9 of the Clock in the
forenoon of the same day and then and there Stead not Guilty
to the Indictment by you preferred against us on the above
Mentioned Prosecution And at the Same Time take our
Several and Resepective Tryals on the said Indictment
