That upon his going to the deceased he saw
him laying upon his Face amongst some
loose Bricks that he lifted him up and
Applyed the usual Remedys but without
Effect but Deceased did not Appear to
thedeceasedDeponent to be in a Fit that he
never spoke afterwards but Died in less than
a Quarter of an hour after he was taken up
That in a Conversation with Thomas Price< no role >
afterwards he informed Deponent that the
deceased had throwed a Brick at him which
he returned with a Blow and seemed much
Affected and Shed Tears That Deponent does not
believe there was any Malice between the
