The Information of Charles Dunn< no role > of William Dunns< no role > of Church
Lane Saint Ann Middlesex Caulker and Thomas Wood< no role > Lodger at the
Five Bells in three Colt Street in the said Parish of Saint Ann
Middlesex Carpenter Taken before us two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for the said County

Charles Dunn< no role > on his Oath says on Saturday night lastasbetween
the Hours of Nine and Ten as he and Mary Ellis< no role > his Sister was
going along Rose Lane St. Ann Middlesex The Prisoner present
who says his Name is Edward Ferrell< no role > came up to him and asked
it he was going on board and two hid lay down and put down the Bed directly and if You speak
a Word I will Shoot you says he laid down the Bed of his said
Sisters on the Ground and hearing a Man call bring the Pistol directly
he went towards his Sister distance about Five Yard and saw a
Man run away she saying that man had taken her Bundle away
and on calling out Thomas Wood< no role > come up to their Assistance
That Edward Farrell< no role > then run away says himself Thomas Wood< no role >
and Nathaniel Cooper< no role > who likewise came to their Assistance pursued
and took him after some resistance he offering to Stab with a Knife
any man who should offer to take him

Thomas Wood< no role > on his Oath says on Saturday night last between the Hours
of Nine and Ten as he was going a long Rose Lane Limehouse he saw a man
and Woman against the Pails of Mr. Richardson Yard at which Instant The said Woman who
is now present called out Murder and told him this man meaning the man who was then with her
had robbed her. That he took a Bundle from him consisting of [..] Silk Handkerchief and a
Blanket therein which man made his Escape Says he saw Edward Farrell< no role > with Charles Dunn< no role >
and heard him say to Dunn lag on Your Face That Farrell run away Nathaniel Cooper< no role > [..] came
to their Assistance pursued and took Farrell in a Field adjoining to the said Lane who had the
Knife produced in his hand with which he threatned to Sab any man who offered to take him

Edward Farrell< no role > Danys his seeing Charles Dunn< no role > or his Sister That the Reason he run away was
because he heard murder loged that he he did not know which way to Run to get out of the way Legs he did not return
a Wood of Sabbing but kept his Knife in his hand which he had nothing a Stick before he heard the noise of Crying out Andrew
