Saith that on Sunday Night last between Nine and
ten o'Clock in Cheapside
the Prisoner John WoodFord< no role >
came up
to him andsayedasked him of he came from Exeter
that her
thought he know Informant, that Informant replied that
he did not came from thence the Prisoner then shewed
that he thought he knew him and asked him if he would
go and drink with him that Informant sayd he had
no objection upon which they went into a Public House
near Cheapside
where they had six Penny worth of Brand,
and Water, that nothing particular happened during their
being by other in the Public House that they set in the Common
Tap Room where there were other Company that when
they came into Cheapside
they parted. That on Tuesday
last the Prisoner again came up to Informant in
Corn Nile and asked him how he did and if he did not
recolect drinking with him the priciding Sunday that
Informant sayd he did, that the Prisoner then followed
Informant into the Poultry
