the deceased in the Howe, and then this both, ran
away down Cow Cross That the deced, and the
Deponent, together with another Person ran after
the two Mon to take them that they came up with
the two Mon next Mr. Baxter's the Said Publick
House in with upthat a sent the there ensued
in which the that Man his asked the deceased
down trial, and one of them his had the deed asked
when he ward own That at last the two open
were securedThat Deponent hath not seen them
said [..] Work now their Names That when
Deponent came up with them after they had ran
away He short [..] Man Owen at this Deponent
and said the would their the Deponent, but did not
actually shot the Deponent That Deponent
being Knightened ran into Jacob's Court , neatley
opposite, where Deponent saw what passed, with
the deceased till the two Men were takenThat
according to Deponent's Belief neither of the two
Men, or the deceased Williams Parker had any
Previous Knowledge of each other That Deponent can't
say whether as not any of the Parties were intoxicated

Oath and SaithThat on Wednesday the 25th day of
April last about ten oClock at Night She went to the
Door of the three Compasses Publick House , in Cow
Cross , and called the deceased to the Door, and told
Hundle was wanted at Home,the deceased said
