that between eight & nine oClock in the Evening of
Saturday last He was informed by his son at Chas.

aged about twelve Years, that there was
a Child, or the Picture of a Child in the Necessary
House, under the Streetthat Deponent went
immediately to [..] examine into it, and
saw a Child lying naked just above the Surface
of the Soil-that Dept. informed Mr. Smirnof,
Chaplain to his Excellency, and the Infant was
afterwards got up out of the Necessary by One

a Day or there abouts, but without any Marks of
Violenceand appeared to be three or four Days
oldthat there is a Communication from the Street
to the sd Necessary House by a Gate to the Area
and which Gate is generallytakedunlocked or
open from about eight oClock in the Morning till four
oClock in the afternoon
