Foot Hiswhen he got a little beyond Saint
Georges Row he saw two Soldiers running
under the Park Wall towards Town and
immediately afterwards two persons came
upon Horse back and told Informant that a
Gentleman had been Robbed That Informants
asked said Personsit iswas by two Soldiers
when they replied in the Affirmative That
Informant told them two Soldiers had Suit
passed this Informant running under
the Park Wall That they immediately
Rode after them and this Informant
followed them and in a little time overtook
the said two Men and this Informant
secured the said Deary And this Informants
further says that from the time of his leaving
the Turnpike till his moting the said
Persons on Horseback no Person passed him
except the said two Soldiers and he is very sure the
Prisoner is one of the Men who passed him
as aforesaid
