first this Informant John Loder< no role >
for himself
Saith That he is servant
to Doctor
Simmonds of Air Street
Piccadilly
, that on
Saturday Night last he put up his Master's
Chaise, with the Glasses in it, in the Coach house
in Castle Street
Saint James
, that he locked
the Door of the Coach house, and went away
that about six o' clock on Sunday Morning
he went again to the Coach house and found
the Door broke open and that the Glasses
of the Chaise had been feloniously taken
and carried away And further Says that
the two Glasses now produced by the other

are the property of
his Masterandwhich were Stolen as above described
And this Informant Francis Kirby< no role >
for himself Saith that he lives in the house
adjoining the Coach house, that the Glasses
now produced were in their places in Doctor
Simmond's Chaise and locked up in the Coach house
between ten and eleven of the Clock on Saturday
night last, that on being alarmed by the
Watchman about three of the Clock, he went
