The Information of Amy Ellis< no role > late of Bird Case
Walks . Bathnal Green in the Said County Widow
Ann Maria Cambrook< no role > her Servant and John Roberts< no role >
taken before [..] John Staples< no role > and Saml Hawkins< no role > Esqrs
of this Majesty's Justices of the Peace the 20th
day of March 1786

Who being their Oaths Say and first the said Amy Ellis< no role > Fors
herself saith that She and her family went from her cale Dwelling House situate
in the Bird cage Walk n the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal
Green in the said County 10 Spend the Evening at a Friends
House next door about Seven o' Clock in the Evening of
Wednesday the 15th day of March instant That she and
her said Family returned house between ten and Eleven o'Clock the same night
when she found that her house had been broke open
and a large Quantity of A Linen womens Wearing
Apparel and other Articles, were Stolen there in and taken
and Carried away That Part of the Several Articles of
Wearing Apparel Linen Etc and other Things now
Produced by John Roberts< no role > are the Property of
her this Informant andPart of the things werethe same which were Stolen from
her dwelling, House and aforesaid
The said Ann Maria Cambrook for herself saith that
on Wednesday Evening last about Seven o' Clock she
fastened up the dwelling House of her Mistress the
Said Amy Ellis< no role > Situate as aforesaid Double Locked
He Front Door ande went [..] with her Mistress to
a House the next doorThat she returned with
her Mistress home between ten and Eleven o' Clock at
Night and or Frying to Open the Front Door Found
the same Bolted in the Inside That she went in
Company with a man to the Back door of her
Mistress house andtherefound that the same in
