Who upon their Oaths severally say and first the
said Bridget Kinsila< no role >
for herself Saith That about
afort night ago She took one Sarah Burke< no role >
into her
House to lodge with her out of Charity who Slept
with her every Night untill Saturday last when She
went away and did not return and about 7. o Clock in
the Evening this Informant went to her Trunk which
was in her room to Take out some Money to go to
Market with when upon opening the Trunk the
found that all her Money was taken away which
amounted to 8 Guineas in Gold and Four Shilling sir
Silver and having suspicion of the said Sarah Burke< no role >
She went in Search of her and found her about
7 o Clock last Night upon Ludgate Hill
and this Informant
Stop'd her and Charged her with the Robbery and with
Assistance the secured her and had her taken into
Custody
And this Informant Daniel Osmond< no role >
for himself Saith That he is a peace Officer and
that about of 8 o Clock last Night as he was walking
near Serjeants Inn
Fleet Street
he saw the
Prosecutrix coming up Fleet Street
with the
Prisoner Burke and a Meb of People round them
Whereupon he went to assist and at the time he
saw Two Guineas drop on the Ground from the
person of the Prisoner Burke which was Picked up
and given to this Informant That he Took to
