of the Tenth or the Morning of the eleventh
of February instant about three oClock
in the Morningthe person now present
who calls himself Joseph Richards< no role >
passed this Informant wished his
a good Morning went some little
distance and then said Watchman
here is three pennys worth of furthings
if you will accept them he then asked
his where he was going and he said
the Kentish Town and said it would
be four, o'Clock by the time he got to
Kentish Town and this Informant
further saith that he is pouter that
and the saidthe person now present
who calls himself Joseph Richards< no role >
is the person who spike to him and gave him
the furthings as aforesaid

and these Informant Sarah Rose< no role > & Amey Fall< no role > jointly for
themselves say that the person now
present who calls himself Joseph Richards< no role >
lived in the House of James Rose< no role > at
Kentish Town that he left his lodgings
on friday Morning the 10th. Instant about
Nine oClock [..] and that he
did not return home that Night, [..]
nor did they know anything of him
