desired him to go Home he appeared very weak

hours afterwards Deponent went Home found
him very illand he told her that Gippey
had struck him twice in the fane and kicked him in his private parts and had.
dragged him across the Road he continued ill
in his Bed until Sunday Morning last and complained
of much hunt in his private parts and on his head
upon which Deponent finding a large dwelling upon
the Top part of his head out off his Hair and
found a violent Cruisedeceased Said he
thought he should not live and told Deponent
white Mr. Blake was there and several times
afterwards in the Infirmary that Gippey dashed his head against
the Steps of the Coach and Horses
and that Gippey
was the Cause of his Death Saith that the
deceased died on Sunday Afternoon last.
