Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Richard and

for themselves say that one pair of Stays, one blue
Coat, two pillow Cases, two white Petticoats one blue silk Gown
one silk Petticoat three Cotton Petticoats, one black silk, Waistcoat
one Clerseymer [..] Waistcoat a Quantity of blue and Marone
coloured Sattin, two neck Handkerchieldssome Remnants of
Cotton, one Apron, two Night Caps and one Cavas Bag now
property of the said Richard Gurney< no role >
, and were felonously stole
in his Dwelling Home at Stanmore aforesaid on Sunday
Evening lastAnd the said Joseph Errington< no role >
for himself says
that he about 8 o'Clock on Monday Morning last apprehended a
person now present who calls himself George Shepherd< no role >
between Paddington
and Kilburn
having upon his Shoulders
the Sack now produced containing all the above mentioned
