first the said

for himself Saith the
Iron Maul now produced is his property and left in the
Inclosed Yard of his said Master safe Late night of Wednesday the 14th.
of Decr Inst. Says The Axe now produced was likewise safe
in the said Yard same night about the Hour of Ten when
they left Work Further says Two of The Iron Bolts now produced
were then safe in said Yard which Axe and Two Bolts are
his said Masters property

aforesaid says at Day light next Morning the
sacd Wharry No.4652 painted Blue on a Red Ground was gone
which Wherry is at this Time near Limachousehole Shirt
aforesaid.
