The Information of John Davidson< no role > Ann< no role >
his Wife of Sn. Catherines Lane in the Precinct
of St. Catherines in the said County Dealer in Old Inn
and Sarah< no role > the Daughter of Samuel Girton< no role > of the
same place Glazier Taken this 14th. day of April 1781

Who being on their Oaths Says and first the said John
Davidson
< no role > for himself Sayth That the Two Pistols
and Tea Chest now produced [..]
were safe in the Room situate as aforesaid this Morne [..] Roop which
he hires of Mr. John J [..] hson of the said Lane Baker
That the said Pistols were intrusted to him to Clean
by Harris a Dealer in Old from of Cable Street
Whitechapel and the Tea Chester his Property
Ann Davidson< no role > for herself saith That the Leimen Street
One Bed Gown One Childs Shift One Pillow Case Three
Clouts One Child Skirt and One pair Bodice and one Stomuker
now produced are her said Husband Property and that Bodice shift and Romacher Seachestend P [..] and be [..] the [..]
[..] She left safe in her said Husbands Apartments the after [..]
at Two oClock when she went from home and locked the Door
of the said apartments That the said Samuel Girton< no role > came to her
on Tower hill between the Hours of Two and Three in the afternoon or thereabouts
and told her The Room belonging to her said Husband had been
broke open & Robbed. That she went home and found the
door of her said Husband Apartment [..] open and Sundry
Goods and thing [..] Sake [..] That she saw the said Sarah
Girton
< no role > who described the Prisoner who Saysher name is
Mary Morris< no role > as coming out of her said Husband Apartments
with a Quantity of things in her Cap who she inspected to be the
person who took the said thing awayThat this Informant and
said Sarah, Gerton pursued the Prisoner to the Top of King Street in
Rosemary Lane when the said Sarah Girton pointed to the Prisoner saying
she was the person who she saw come down the Stairs of the House her said
lives in with the Things in her Apron That this Informant challenged the Prisoner
