The said Edward Wallis< no role >
upon his Oath Saith
That about the hour of half past 6. oClock in the
Evening of Saturday last an Alarm was given That the
Shop of the above named John Barney< no role >
(to whom he is
a Servant
) was Robbed of a piece of Floor Cloth That
le immediately ram out and over took a Man who says
his Name is Thomas Simms< no role >
in Hart Street
Bloomsbury
and who had in his Possession the piece of Floor Cloth
now produced That this Informant then Took the Cloth
from him and Secured him and delivered him into the [..]
Custody of a Peace Officer And this Informant
Faith That the said Cloth is the property of the said
John Barnes< no role >

And this Informant John Barnes< no role >
up on
his Oath Saith That the Cloth now produced is his
Property and is of the Value of Nine Shillings and was
Stolen from his Shop
in Bow Street
Bloomsbury
on
Saturday Evening last.
