Who being on their Oaths say And first the said Mary Thomas< no role >
for herself saith that she is a Widow and lives Stepney
Green that last Night between the Hours of Seven and
Eight o'Clock she went up Stairs into the first floor
of her Dwelling House there situate that on going into
the said RoomHouse, she Discovered that she [..] had been
BudleRobbed and Saw a Bundle laying part in and
part out of the Window of the said Room and at the
same instant of time she heard some person get out
of the Window who in getting out broke her lower
Room WindowThat she immediately [..] cryed
out at the Chamber Window Fire and thieves Saith
she saw a Person go out of her Yard and another
person in Mr Whites YardSaith that the person
now present who says his name is John
Babbett< no role > is like the man that she saw [..] go out
of her Yard as aforesaid as she Judges both from
his Size and Dress That the said Bundle she
so found part in and part out of her Window
contained one Counter pain two Blankets one
pair of Sheets one Pillow & case which had been
taken from off her BedFive wet Sheets taken
from off the Lines in the said Room Two shifts
three Handkerchiefs taken out of a Chest in the
same Room [..] One Linen Sheet one Black Silk
Petticoat and one Cotton Gown taken from off
the said Chest which property (except the Pillow & case) she now produces
& says are the same she so found [..] as aforesaid
and for all her own property except five sheets
and for which she is Accountable being Int [..]
with them to Wash
