at the Red Cow in Cow Lane-That on Saturday last between the hours of two
and three o'Clock in the afternoon as he was coming down Field Lane
with a Sheeps Heart which he had just bought in Field Lane towards Cow
Lane he saw said Man standing still-That he crossed the way to him
asked him how he did, who answered that he wanted to see him That
Examinant asked him what he wanted, that he replied "have you any
objection to go upon the Rush and get into a House and Rob [..] it
by which he this Examinant would get ten or twelve Pounds, to which this Examinant
agreed-That said Man observed that Flint was gone to look for a third
Man, but if he did not find him, this Examinant should go with them
and desired him to go and wait at the Red Cow till he came to him
That said Man returned in about ten Minutes, said he had been at
Flints and that Flint was not at House That said Man desired
Examinant after he had denied to [..] to said Flints Lodging, where
he should be-That Examinant [..] half an hour went to
said Flints Lodging where said Man and Flint were-That said
Flint observed that they were going upon "a Put up Jobb" and as this
Examinant was very low in the World and wanted almost everything,
if he went with them, he should have a few Pounds, but must do every
thing they directed him-That they sent this Examinant to but a penny
worth of Flints at the Steps of Saint Andrews Church which he did,
and took to them-That said Flint then desired said other Man to meet
hi, and this Examinant at half past 4 oClock the same afternoon
at the Thistle and Crown Alehouse in Church Court in the Strand -That
said Flint went away, and this Examinant and said other Man went
to the door of the Thistle and Crown Alehouse aforesaid, where said Man
gave this Informant three half pence farthing desired him to go in, get
