William Tracey< no role > of Portsmonth in the County of Southampton
Broker the Defendant in the above Prosecution Maketh Otah that
he this Morning came to London from Portsmouth with in intent
[..] his Trial on the above indictment so as aforesaid Preferred
against him but this Deponent on his said Oath saith that
Thomas Graham< no role > Colley late of Acorn Court Rolls Buildings
near Chancery Lane Enqraser but who this Deponent hath been
informed said verily believes is removed to and now lives at
Southampton in a very material and necessary witness for this
Defendant on the Trial of the above Indictment and without
whose Testimony this Deponent Cannot with Safety proceed to
try the said Indictment so as aforesaid preferred against him.

in the old Bailey the 12th.
