that he hath made several Inquiries at the Kings Bench Prison
where the said Prosecutor
Mathew Cox< no role >
was sometime since a
Prisoner and at several other Places on Several different days
and times but could not obtain any Intelligents Whatever where
the said
Mathew Cox< no role >
Resided or where he was to be found or met
with in under to serve him with Notice of the Defendants intention
of Appearing and Trying his Traverse at this present session
of Oyer and Terminer upon the Indictment so as aforesaid proserred
by the said
Mathew Cox< no role >
against the said
William Tracey< no role >
for
Perjury And this Deponent Saith that in Consequence of not
being able to serve the presemter with such Notice
no Brief
he Brief Whatever is prepared for the Defindants defence
herein nor any Witness subpanad for the Defendant herein
though those are several Material and necessary Witnesses for the Defendants
Defence in this

prepared to try same at the next sessions of this Deponent
Can find out the presemtor to serve him with such Notice or
his Sellicitor will Quept of sevice thereof on him.
