Justices of the Peace In for these County
against. a Bay who says his Name
is Daniel Fancott< no role > . about 13 Years
of Age is the son ofmadeFancott
a Bose Maker to he lives in Well & Bucked
Court in Old Street Road in the Parish
of St. Lukes .

This Informant Saith that on Wednesday
Evening June 23. about 9 oclock in
the Evening to said the abovemention'd

adjoining to Balls Pond a Turmpike Grey Gelding
the property of the sd. William Phillippe< no role >
he Drew him through the sd. Turmpike

to the Dey he Seiged him to asked
him what to was doing with that

which he replay'd that he was
going to take him to the Green yard
but replid to say to whom he
belonged except to a Man that was
making Hay in a Sedd adjoined
