several and Respective Oaths this 8th. Day
of June 1784.
Who on their several and Respective Oaths Say that this Morning
about three o'Clock they saw the Prisoner

in Strutton
Ground
with a large Bundle under his Arm, that they pursued
him and he Run up Pump Court
and made two attempts to
throw the Bundle over a pair of high Gates, And in the
Attempt they Seiz'd the Prisoner, And took the Bundle, That
they found in the said Bundle the following things to (vit)
One small piece of New Cotton< no role >
and Black Silk but Cloak One Dark
Cotton Gown, One blue Saith Petty Coat, One Blue Silk Ditto
two Linnen Counter panes ar Quitts, One white Petty Coat, One
Pair of Stays one Bed Gown one Linnen Gown, One Linnen
one Check Apron & One Lace Cap the property of Some Person or
Persons at Present unknown.
