Saith that Yesterday in the Afternoon
Dept. went to Covent Garden and was
desired by Mr. Justice Wilmot to Stay,
upon which he went to Wood's Hotel

large Sticks or Bludgeons, who drove
the Constables, from their Stands, Says

and desired him to go to get some Soldiers,
which he did, and brought about thirty
in Number, and Mr. Justice Wilmot took
Charge of them, and Dept,. says that
the Deced had received his hurt before
Dept, fetched the Guards as Dept. believes
