Who saith that he took from the House of James
Davies< no role >
of Holborn
Shoemaker
on the Night that the five
happened in Holborn near Castle Yard
at the time that the
House of the said James Davies< no role >
was on five Ninteen Pair
of Shoes of different Sorts and the said John Marshall< no role >
further saith that he sold on the same Night at about
half an hour Part Nine of the Clock to one Elizabeth Cowen
Fourteen Pair of the said Shoes and that he sold the
other five Pair to a few in the Street on the next day
who gave him Ten Shillings for them and the said
Elizabeth Cowen< no role >
gave him One Pound Seven Shillings for
the Fourteen pair
