Who being upon Oath saith that there was Stolen from him on Thursday
last One Jacket One Check Linen Shirt, One pair of
Trowsers One pair of
SteelWorsted Stockings & One
pair of Shoes, and that the Shirt One pair of Shoes
and one Pair of Trowsers now here produced and
found in the Possession of

hise present are part of his property so Stolen

is the person who feloniously
look. Stole and Carried away all the Articles
