of the person now present who calls himself
Thomas White< no role > she found in a Lanthorn White
is kept in his room a Screw which had been [..] taken
from the lock of the Street Door and was on
the said Door on the Saturday Evening
proceeding the said robbery and that she
gave the said Screw to Francis Witty< no role > a
Locksmith,
And this Informant William Davis< no role > for
himself Saith that on Friday Evening the
Seventh of May instant about Ten, o'Clock at
night he took a pair of Silver Candlestick with Wax
Candle therein both of near one length into
the room of the said Thomas White< no role > . and that
the said Candles were not used after [..]
this Informant had put them into the
Room of the said Thomas White< no role > , and this
Informant further saith that on being
informed that thieves was in his Lady's
House he went into the room of the said
Thomas White< no role > and found one of the
pieces of Wax Candle which he had left
in the Silver Candle sticks had been taken
out and nearly burnt out and put into [..] aflatplated
landstick and the other Candle in a Drawer
in his room, and verily believes that the said
Candle must have been burning in the
room of the said Thomas White< no role > for near four
hours
