for feited that upon enquire this Deponent was informed that the said
Margaret Creed< no role > was acquited for want of his Evidence and that he had
been sent for to the said Coffee House and was not to be found
there where as this Deponent went Immediately from the old
there sat in the Public Coffee room and might have been
found by any person who had known him and should have
heard his Name mentd. if any Person had publickley enquired
for him in the said Coffee room and this Deponent further
says that he did not have the Old Bayler as aforesaid with any
Intention of procuring tha accquittal of the said Margaret Creed< no role >
or of avoiding giving his Evidence on the said Trial but norely
for the purpose of getting some refrestment this Deponent
being much fatigued by his long attendance in the said Court
