Who on their Oath say, and first the said Joseph Campfield< no role >
says
that, last Night about 9 o'Clock, he was robbed near Hammersmith
in a Brentford
Stage Coach, of one Shilling, by a Single High
wayman. And the said Elizabeth Booth< no role >
says that she
was robbed at the same time, and in the same Coach, of a Glove
now produced, and about 8 or 9 shillings. And the said
Samuel Mayner< no role >
says that upon being informed of said Robbery
he went to Kensington
Turnpike, where, about 9 o'Clock a
Person now present who calls himself Daniel Gunter< no role >
came up
on horse back, and attempted to jump his Horse over the Gate That
this Informant secured him, and in his left hand Coat pocket,
found, the Pistol now produced (loaded) and in his Breeches pocket
an Half Guinea, and Half Crown piece, and one Penny and other Money And the
said Peter Thomas< no role >
says that, he assisted in searching said Gunter,
and in his right Coat pocket, found the other Pistol now produced, together
with the Glove and Money now produced.
