Who being on their Oath, Say and first the said Daniel Donovon< no role >
for himself saith that he is one of the Watchmen belonging to the
parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the said County That
as he was going his bound at three o'Clock this Morning he
found the Cellar Window [..] belonging to the Dwelling
House of Abraham Brown< no role >
of Salt Petre Bank
in the said
Parish open, on which he called up the said Abraham Brown< no role >
and they both went together into the said Cellar where they
found the person now present who says his Name is
William Clark< no role >
lying in one of the Cellars belonging to the
said House lastly saith that the said Cellar Window was
fast at two o'Clock when he this Informant went round

for himself saith
That this Morning about three o'Clock he was called
up by the other Informant the said Daniel Donovon< no role >
That he found the Cellar belonging to his House had
been broke open That he went down with the said
Daniel Donovon< no role >
into the said Cellar and foundhis
the place wherein he keeps his Spiritous Liquors also
broke open and one Cask containing about five Gallons
of Rasberry was taken from thence and put down
near the Windowbrokefirst found open & That on searching the
Cellars belonging to the said House he found in one
of them the said William Clarke< no role >
laying on his side
