Who being on their Oaths say and first the said Thomas Jefferies< no role >
for himself said that on Saturday morning the 17 day of this
insant January as About the hour of eight in Morning
of the same Day he being in his Shop heard a [..]
in which he went to his Dorr and found Rare half Tirkin of
Butter had been taken from his Shop insuring And 14 to 15
pound might which said Butler had two dropped in the stow
and the hay Firkin kircked to pieces in which Condition
got at again into his Shop
and the said Benjamin Featherly< no role >
for himself saith that
passing thro Bowling Stow
above the hour of eight in the
Evening of the said 17 January he same Boy with half
Firkin of Bu [..] Arms
and a Cry of Shop thief being
made he saw the said Boys drop the said Butter in the
Streets and run away on which this Deponent and with
Person our after him and brought to wit to the Shop of the said
Mr Jefferies< no role >
