St. Mary Whitechapel Mariner , Dorothy the Wife of
of said Dennisand Dorothy [..] of Westworth Street in
the Parish of Christ Church in the said County Dyer

taken this 14th day of Augt 1783

Who being on Oath Sag and first the said Dennis Earle< no role > for himself
saith That on Monday night last about the hour of nine he
left his Wife in bed and went out to see a friend first Locking the
Chamber door with a Padlock that he returned about the hour of Eleven
when he found the door of the Room [..] open his Wife in Bed
that he fastned the door went to the bed thinking he had been robbed
when he crossWhat at break of day he awoke examined and
found the Room had been robbed
Dorothy Earl for herself Saith that on Monday night last soon after her said
Husband left her to go out She heard the Door of the Room
in which she lay forced openThat Three Men entered
the same one of whom she is certain in the Prisoner who
says his name is John Bulfin< no role > that they rumaged the
Room and took away One black Silk Gown One Black Crape
Gown one Red Cloth Cardinal One Camblet Gown one pair
of White Cotton Stockings one Black Callimancoe Petty coat
and one White Kenting Handkerchief the property of her
said Husband
