himself saith that he lives in Short Gardens
in the parish of Saint Giles in the fields in
the said County that about Seven o'Clock
this Morning the persons now present
who call themselves Elizabeth Livingston< no role >
and Ann Obery< no role > came to this Informants
Houses and desired to leave with him two
New Bonnett two Gowns four Shifts
two New Caps and other things now
produced but suspecting they had
dishonestly come by the same, he required
them to produce Some person who could [..] prove
they came honestly by the Same, they left
the things with this Informant and Ann
Obery< no role > said she would fetch her father
for that purpose, when they were gone
he [..] Applied to a peace Officer for his
Opinion when he advised this Informant
to Detain them and send for him which
he did and they were accordinglyupon which they wereSecured

for himself saith that he is a Constable
that he was sent for by the other Informant
