deponent And Isachel Mitchell Immediately Pursued
them and took William Johnson< no role > Alias, Peter Monro< no role > brought him back to
the said Robert Banfields Room, and found the draws Open
and the things upon the floor Ready to tye up then took
him to St. James Watch house and left him in Custody
of the Watch house Keeper.

The said Issachell Mitchell< no role > for himself Saith that James
Till< no role > Came to him in the Street, and Informd him this
deponent he Suspected three men were gone to Rob Mr
Banfields house and Ask'd him to Assist him in taking
them Immediately they both went into Mr. Banfields
house, and the three men Rush'd by them out of the
Parlour, Immediately they both West in Pursuit of them
and James Till< no role > took William Johnson< no role > Alias, Peter Monro the Prisoner, he
this deponent Assisted the said James Till< no role > in bringing
him back to Mr. Banfields Apartment he this deponent found
the Parlour door Open, and one draw broke open and the things
upon the Floor Ready to tye up, he this deponent and James
Till< no role > Immediately took him to St James's Watch house
in Custodyand left him in Custody of the Watch house Keeper

The said William Farce< no role > for himself saith that [..]
