The Informations of Robert Banfield< no role > of
King Street , James Till< no role > of No. 20 King Street
Issactors Mitchell of Lucas's Court King Street and
William Force< no role > of King Street in the Parish of St James 's
Within the City and Liberty of Westminster Taken upon
Oath before me this 10th. day of September 1782

First the said Robert Banfield< no role > for himself Saith that
on Monday the 9th. day of September 1782 he this deponent
his Wife and two Childrens left their Room aboutaboutsix
o'Clock in the Evening to go to Astley Riding House, on his
Return home about ten o'Clock the same Evening was Inform'd
by James Till< no role > his Room was broke Open he this deponent
Immediately went home and sound the for Parlour door
Open and me draw broke open the Rest not being lock'd were
all Stript of Different Wearing Apparel Plac'd Ready to
Sye up. Viz three linnen Gowns, one Petticoat a silk Cloak three Muslin aprons,
2 Muslin Handkerchief, 1 Shirt, 1 Pillow Case.

The said James Till< no role > for himself Saith that Standing
at his Masters door he Observ'd William Johnson< no role > Alias Peter Morris< no role > the
Prisoner and two More men lurking about Mr. Banfields
House he this deponent Watched them and saw them go
into Mr. Banfields house one After the Others he this
deponent went and fetch'd Issacher Mitchell< no role > to Assist
him Suspecting they Intended to Rob the said [..]
[..] Robert Banfields< no role > house, he this deponent and
the said Issacher Mitchell Entering the said Robert Mr Banfields
House, William, Johnson Alias Peter Monge< no role > the Prisoner and the other two man
