The Information of James
Wheatly
< no role > taken before Us two
of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County,

Who being upon Oath saith that
on the Saturday before Christmas last
the Person now present who calls himself
William Campbell< no role > was Recommended to
lodge with him in his House in Fitchfield
Street in the parish of Saint Marylebone
that he Continued to Lodge in his said
House by the Name of Captn. Gordon
for about Six Days during which time
the said William Campbell< no role > asked this
Informant to Lend him [..] the Seal
belonging to his Watch which this
Informants Complied with, that on
the Morning thesend [..] William
Campbell
< no role > Quitted his Lodgings he asked
this Informant to Lend him his Watch
with his Seals, to Seal a Letter which
this Informant [..] , that in the Course
of a few Minutes this Informant called
for his Servants to go up Stairs to the
